I was able to make an appointment. They were prompt and the nurse and doctor were amazing. All told, I had a chest xray to rule out pneumonia and I was on my way in an hour. Really clean and beautiful inside, as well. I will absolutely be back.
Excellent service - 1st time visit with elder parent. Very attentive and helpful. Thorough exam with needed lab. Recd follow-up call following day w/results and inquiry. I am very happy with the performance and attention we received. Will definitely go back if needed.

Two step TB test for work. I was a walkin the first visit and there was a lot of other people. Got me back to room in less than 30 minutes even though I was walkin. When I told them I had less than 15 minutes before I had to leave because I am healthcare provider and scheduled to start with my own patients in 30 minutes, they accommodated me politely and professionally. Was in car accident and came here for a evaluation. I was set for a appointment and still ended up waiting about 1 hour. The staff was great. The problem came when I left and needed my Xrays the front desk Person gave be poor information then had difficulty receiving the results and my chiropractor also had a issue getting the results.
Literally the easiest experience ever. I was a walk-in so I expected to wait for a while but I was in and out in under 30 min. The girl at the front was quick with checking me in, the nurse took my vitals, and the doctor did a quick physical exam. My condition was pretty straightforward so they sent the prescription to the Walgreens across the street and got me my papers. Definitely recommend this place if you need some urgent care!
I went to physicians immediate care in Palatine over the weekend. I was a walk in, which I expected to wait a reasonable amount of time. It saddens me to see this location does not have more favorable posts. The staff was amazing. They were patient and kind although visibly overworked.
