Dr. Duran took excellent care of me when I was in a lot of pain do to UTI. He was attentive, kind, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Thanks to his care, I’m feeling so much better. I truly appreciate his professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to several locations that provide the same & was surprised how pleasant it was. From the receptionist that greeted me to the nurse that took the tests to the Dr that finished the visit it was exceptional. In each case the person was warm & helpful. No one tried to rush me & they were all clear about the test they were doing. This was a big difference compared to the other tests I’ve completed at other locations. Thank you.
The nurse and Penny Dale were amazing and efficient. They answered all of my questions and I was in and out within 30 minutes of being put into a room. The receptionist at the front desk was amazing as well, very apologetic due to the technology systems in place and the high volume of people coming in. She deserves a raise and a medal, she held her own with impatient people and her responses were always respectful. I checked into this location at 9:50 AM as a walk in patient while feeling absolutely terrible. The receptionist at the front took my information and at no point was I told that I would have to wait for over two and a half hours which is more than absurd. I was not even given an estimated wait time. The best thing would have been to inform me of the approximate wait time so I could have made the informed decision to make an appointment at a later time.
