Arrived an hour after opening, nobody in waiting room. The screens say nobody in rooms in the back. Waiting for 10 min. Someone comes in after me. They wait for 5 minutes and are taken back. All I needed was a drug test and my vaccine titers drawn. I've been waiting for 15 min for some unknown reason now. I asked for my paperwork back because I had somewhere to be soon. Went in for a DOT physical on a Saturday morning. There were 5 people in front of me. I waited @90 minutes to be brought into the back. 10 minutes before that they called up a walk-in that checked in after me. I spent 10 minutes with the nurse getting height, weight, eye test and urine sample. I was put in a room. Waited 20 more minutes to see the "doctor". I have been dealing with Dr Ali's office for 2 years because they took my free health insurance from the state. From the receptionist to the manager. They are the worst health provider I have ever dealt with. I called for almost 2 weeks for refills on my daily medications and it took almost a month for them to call in the refills. Also I would 3 to 4 times a week. Then recently I got sick the prescribed me antibiotics and said I may need another round. After calling for a week in a half and said they would call it in. There is nothing immediate about this location the name should be changed to "When we get around to you care" dont bother making an appointment because they will not stick to it. If you plan on going here come early and clear your day.

Went in for a tick bite, charged $185 for the visit which included... wait for it.... them taking my blood pressure! That's it. Oh, and they wrote a prescription for One dose of antibiotics. Dr. Allen Thomas was condescending and rude to me, and they clearly wanted to get me out of there since it was about 10 minutes before they were closing. I do not recommend going to this practice in Palatine, IL.

Front desk lady rude and disrespectful. Paid hundreds of dollars just to be meddled with and not receive even decent accomodations. Honestly if you have such a hard time doing the simplest tasks at your JOB, and you have the audacity to act like a child at this sort of enviroment.. i dont understand. I just cant. Horrible experience. Almost had me in tears. I will NEVER EVER!!! Be returning here!! Disgusting behavior!! Wish i never came!!!

They don't take Medicaid. They don't say they don't online. They're unwilling to waive Medicare 20%. Don't come to this craphole unless you have private insurance.

I just don't understand the point of allowing people to make appointments if you still make them wait an hour to come inside/see a doctor...
