Incredible care in the midst of a terrible flu season here in Chicagoland. Super clean! Staff was thorough and PA Dan was amazing! Great listener, and empathetic with my 81 year old mom. I went there for a CDL Medical Card exam and as usual was a little bit nervous about the whole process but when I met with Andrea Lindholm an Advanced Practice Nurse she put me at ease with here bright cheerful disposition and quickly eased my concerns about the test. She was thorough, friendly, informative, and very professional and spent a great deal of time getting to know my medical history and my current health status. I had a hard time finding a medical office to complete a USCG physical and their office manager Christine went above and beyond to help schedule me at their office. The physician that assisted me was Debbie Curkiel and she was great. Very professional, experienced, and courteous. I would definitely recommend this medical office.
I had one of the best experiences at this doctors office everyone was so nice and informative. I got great service from the front desk all the way to the end when I saw the doctor. The wait time was very low. They get their patients in and out without a headache. I will definitely recommend and return for all my immediate care needs. Thank you ladies for all your help I really do appreciate it.
Staff and visit is ok but I don’t get the scheduling!! I was there twice in a week with 2 different kids. Each time it was 90 minutes plus past my appointment time before they saw us. One hour plus in front wait area alone, then 30-40 minimum just sitting in a room before being seen. One was at 10am. How can you be so far behind by 10am. Be respectful of my time also! Pack your patience is all I can say.
