Very close to home and easily scheduled a time slot for 2 sick individuals. There was a little bit of a wait but Andrea was so friendly, caring and welcoming. And the nurse was also very friendly. Don't recall his name but was from CA.
I had one of the best experiences at this doctors office everyone was so nice and informative. I got great service from the front desk all the way to the end when I saw the doctor. The wait time was very low. They get their patients in and out without a headache. I will definitely recommend and return for all my immediate care needs. Thank you ladies for all your help I really do appreciate it.
Staff and visit is ok but I don’t get the scheduling!! I was there twice in a week with 2 different kids. Each time it was 90 minutes plus past my appointment time before they saw us. One hour plus in front wait area alone, then 30-40 minimum just sitting in a room before being seen. One was at 10am. How can you be so far behind by 10am. Be respectful of my time also! Pack your patience is all I can say.
Scheduling makes absolutely no sense here… We didn’t get seen until 2.5 hours past our appointment time. Your appointment evidently means absolutely nothing. When you show up for your appointment, they just put you at the back of the line anyways. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time so I could have been prepared for a marathon waiting room session with my toddler and infant. I am very disappointed with the experience at your clinic. My daughter-in-law made an appointment for my grandson to be seen for flu like symptoms, fever, high temperature along with an ear ache. When they arrived, they were informed they would have to wait two hours because of other patients. This is exactly why appointments are made—to avoid long waits and ensure timely care.
