I was here a couple of weeks ago with my husband (his visit, not mine). We totally forgot this place was here! We noticed it driving by to go somewhere else and decided to go here instead of a further immediate care. I'm glad we stopped! This place is really nice! We were greeted and taken care of rather promptly (again, my husband, not me). Carol was super nice! 0 STARS. DO NOT GO HERE. Waited 2 weeks for my drug screen results only to be told I have to retest because the clinic made an error. They suck and then I asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue or see exactly what the issue was, no one on site or even a call back.

What's THE POINT making appointments if they take 2 hours after scheduled time place is ridiculous... stop making appointments if you can't live up to them

Came in here for a drug screen not even 5 mins in the receptionist was being a straight bit** with an attitude, she's an older woman with glasses. After me, came in a Mexican guy that couldn't speck well English I wished I could help but I couldn't, but the way she was talking to him was just straight up rude and not professional. She was also getting mad at the computer and started slamming the mouse hard asl. First time here... never again.
If you have all day to wait then come here. The wait time is ridiculous and unnecessary. Waited 2 hours to get in the back for them to tell me 3 more people were in front of me. Waisted 2 hours to not be seen
You make an appointment during the day. Show up 7 mins early to appointment time. Check in. Then wait In a room for 60 mins. Then go ask how much longer, they say 10 mins tops. At 82 mins still not a soul to be seen. For a minute I thought they locked up and left me inside all alone. Then the Doctor comes in and just gives a prescription without even looking at me! UGH. I should have been a doctor. Please do not come here you will thank me later.
Flu season is back, so I went to my closest Physicians Immediate Care for a flu test and after I checked in and waited for 30 minutes, they told everyone they were only doing Telehealth from then on because all of the doctors had to leave early?? This seems extremely unprofessional. There were at least six other people that were waiting here before me that got sent home. Absolutely ridiculous. I was here on the 5th for almost 3 hours I had plan to go to my church but didn't make it because I was here for 3 hours . I checked in the waiting was a long time and we had to wait for the dr to come in to the room I also did a X-ray and had to wait for the dr to tell me what the c ray said
Husband went there as a walk in because of an earache...was told to come back in 2-1/2 hours to be seen. Why would you be a walk-in clinic if you cannot see patients when they walk in. We won't go back.
