I was here a couple of weeks ago with my husband (his visit, not mine). We totally forgot this place was here! We noticed it driving by to go somewhere else and decided to go here instead of a further immediate care. I'm glad we stopped! This place is really nice! We were greeted and taken care of rather promptly (again, my husband, not me). Carol was super nice! Came in here for a drug screen not even 5 mins in the receptionist was being a straight bit** with an attitude, she's an older woman with glasses. After me, came in a Mexican guy that couldn't speck well English I wished I could help but I couldn't, but the way she was talking to him was just straight up rude and not professional. She was also getting mad at the computer and started slamming the mouse hard asl. First time here... never again.

If you have all day to wait then come here. The wait time is ridiculous and unnecessary. Waited 2 hours to get in the back for them to tell me 3 more people were in front of me. Waisted 2 hours to not be seen

You make an appointment during the day. Show up 7 mins early to appointment time. Check in. Then wait In a room for 60 mins. Then go ask how much longer, they say 10 mins tops. At 82 mins still not a soul to be seen. For a minute I thought they locked up and left me inside all alone. Then the Doctor comes in and just gives a prescription without even looking at me! UGH. I should have been a doctor. Please do not come here you will thank me later.

Flu season is back, so I went to my closest Physicians Immediate Care for a flu test and after I checked in and waited for 30 minutes, they told everyone they were only doing Telehealth from then on because all of the doctors had to leave early?? This seems extremely unprofessional. There were at least six other people that were waiting here before me that got sent home. Absolutely ridiculous. I was here on the 5th for almost 3 hours I had plan to go to my church but didn't make it because I was here for 3 hours . I checked in the waiting was a long time and we had to wait for the dr to come in to the room I also did a X-ray and had to wait for the dr to tell me what the c ray said

Husband went there as a walk in because of an earache...was told to come back in 2-1/2 hours to be seen. Why would you be a walk-in clinic if you cannot see patients when they walk in. We won't go back.

Had an 8:50 am appt. We checked in from our car as instructed. At 9:25 I decided to call to find out how much longer we would need to wait. I was not successful getting anyone on the phone. Was on hold for 5 minutes. I hang up and go inside and the front desk clerk is looking at her cell phone. I thought it was odd because I was on hold for 5 minutes and no one answered the call. I asked how much longer the wait would be. I informed her we've been waiting in the car for 45 minutes. She proceeds to put her phone down ... read more

My son took a fall and needed an x-ray. We couldn't get into the our primary before closing time so we went here. Our initial first visit was okay. We were told to follow up in a week, our follow-up visit was NOT okay. The doctor came in reading from a book about the kind of fracture he had, took his splint off, squeezed the area where the fracture is and asked if it hurt. You should have seen the pain in my sons face. Then proceed to tell him to bend his arms in various ways, again in a lot pain. Then said he was good to go... read more
