I made an appointment online for myself and my child so the wait was much shorter. We were greeted immediately and checked in within 5 minutes. It took 15 minutes to get into a room. James took our history and talked to us about why we were there. He was very thorough and let us know what tests were going to be run. The doctor came in and did her evaluation.
