I made an appointment online for myself and my child so the wait was much shorter. We were greeted immediately and checked in within 5 minutes. It took 15 minutes to get into a room. James took our history and talked to us about why we were there. He was very thorough and let us know what tests were going to be run. The doctor came in and did her evaluation. Jay was super informative and kind she took her time to answer my questions about my dot physical . There were so many people here I had to wait past my appointment time but she was apologetic and still moved like I was her first patient of the day. She was super fast and after waiting for what felt like ages it was absolutely a delight to be working with her. The price was a solid figure and I was able to do registration on the phone ! I recently had a great experience at Physicians Immediate Care. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly right from the start. The clinic was impressively clean, which made me feel comfortable. What really made my visit stand out was the doctor’s knowledge. They were thorough, yet the service was quick. I definitely recommend this clinic for their efficient and caring service.

10 ,She is very thorough ,very nice personality , answers all questions, makes sure you have all paper work needed. So refreshing to get someone who enjoys their work. Yes would definitely come back again ,even if sick .Will also recommend to family !
