I was hosting a dinner party and sliced my hand. I scheduled my appointment online and then called to ensure they could provide stitches. James was very helpful from the start! I arrived and was seen by the providers immediately. Alicia was super nice! The PA was super informative and provided us with education throughout the whole process. I was in and out. Super thankful to all three of you! I’ll definitely recommend and will use your services again.

I had an excellent experience at this facility. The staff were patient, polite, and attentive. The office was clean, and they went above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. James offered snacks and water while waiting, which was a thoughtful touch. The physicians and nurse practitioners were thorough and took the time to address all my questions. Had to come here for a pre-employment physical. The facility was clean and well staffed, and everyone working was friendly and knowledgeable. Looks like it would be a fun environment for kids, too. Short wait time without appointment. Would recommend as an urgent care to anyone in the area!
The overall rating on this location needs to be 5/5 stars, nothing less. I've been here a handful of times and each time has been wonderful. I typically never write reviews, but after today's visit, I felt like it was the least I could do. The provider who saw me today was LaDonna Russell and her assistant's name was Alesha. They were both very professional, friendly, caring, and helpful. They made my experience great even while I wasn't feeling so great myself.
