During a short vacation, WellNow Urgent Care ****************, NYserved as my emergency place for asthma care. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making check-in and getting me into the examination room quick and smooth.Dr. **** **** is relatable and put me at ease; I felt comfortable and confident in his care. The staff were also very friendly.Overall, Wellness Urgent Care is a trustworthy and excellent provider. I highly recommend it for emergency care needs.

I had a great experience at Physicians Urgent Care in ******, **, at 22nd and ***************, on Friday, May 23. ******* was so kind to me. I came in with a bladder infection and he prescribed an excellent antibiotic that cleared it right up. The other staff members were so nice to me, also. ******* was so helpful to me and so was the young lady at the front desk. ******* sent the sample to the lab, and I quickly received a phone call from ******** telling me the antibiotic would be the one to get me better. The well now in *************** is outstanding all of the girls are pleasure to be seen by and very very nice and relatable I never like going to well now but the nurse is definitely make it better

I would like to give a big thank you to the staff at the ******************************** office Fariya and Taya went above and beyond on 7/3/24 as the office was about to close when I arrived requesting a DOT job form They located the form and sent me on my way thanks a lot for being so helpful and kind.

If I could give "0" stars I would! Worst Urgent care ever!! Staff was very unprofessional and when I said they were not compassionate, a staffer (********) said no urgent care it?! That same staffer, ********, was the staff person who took my vitals. She wrote everything down on a PAPER TOWEL?! I waited over 55 minutes to be seen, and when she told the doctor my symptoms, the doctor said I should go to an ER since she could not diagnose me without it. Billed for $1200 lab tests for standard UTI. I have spent hours on the phone with billing. They say that is what my insurance agreed to. One test alone is $700, ****** gives average cost at $70 - $120. Total visit cost me $1000 after insurance coverage.

THEY STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! They set up scheduled payments using my credit card even after the office I was seen at confirmed I had no charges after my actual visit. DO NOT USE WELL NOW LOCATIONS. The office I visited did not advertise as Well Now. Check the WellNow website for locations to avoid having your credit card information stolen.

We have an employer account with **********************/Physicians Urgent Care, and I want to be clear that this review is strictly about their billing department and billing practices not the medical care our employees received.I received a statement and attempted to pay it online using the information directly from the bill.
