Dr. Patrica Russell is very knowledgeable and empathetic . She truly cares about her patients. I am very grateful for Physicians Immediate Care and their staff. There was barely a wait time. My daughter was ill we were in and out ! Best experience at any urgent care facility. Typically I would go to ER and wait HOURS for my daughter to be seen and treated! Highly Recommend this facility.
The guy at the front desk was amazing. He was so nice, professional, and funny. Then we went to the back and they were all amazing. Treated my mother and I with respect and kindness. I’ve been so sick since December and they have been there to help out every time!!!
I made an appointment online for myself and my child so the wait was much shorter. We were greeted immediately and checked in within 5 minutes. It took 15 minutes to get into a room. James took our history and talked to us about why we were there. He was very thorough and let us know what tests were going to be run. The doctor came in and did her evaluation. I had an excellent experience at this facility. The staff were patient, polite, and attentive. The office was clean, and they went above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. James offered snacks and water while waiting, which was a thoughtful touch. The physicians and nurse practitioners were thorough and took the time to address all my questions. I was hosting a dinner party and sliced my hand. I scheduled my appointment online and then called to ensure they could provide stitches. James was very helpful from the start! I arrived and was seen by the providers immediately. Alicia was super nice! The PA was super informative and provided us with education throughout the whole process. I was in and out. Super thankful to all three of you! I’ll definitely recommend and will use your services again.
