When I contacted them to have it submitted, they were reading from a script and would not transfer me to a supervisor for help when I repeatedly tried to tell them that the bill was not sent to my insurance company. I was also told that there is no one in the ** that I could speak with regarding my bill. This was after I was repeatedly spoken over by someone in ***** that was robotic, hard to understand, and rude. I will not go to this clinic again.
I experienced the same fraudulent billing practices that many others have reported about WellNow ************************** Before my visit, I called their office to confirm that my insurance was accepted and was told that my total cost would be $60. Shady billing practices at ***************, they tell you you dont have to pay again if you come back within 7 days BUT then they bill you, terrible that they take advantage of people that cant afford healthcare insurance. They really should be ashamed!!!!
I arrived at the ******* location at 2:41. I was sent home because they told me they were closing at 3. It clearly states on the website that youre open from 8 to 8.
I went for a visit over 2 months ago after receiving confirmation beforehand that my insurance would cover it. The system was down so I had to pay out of pocket and I was told that I would be reimbursed later.I am still waiting and my insurance has already paid them in that time. I have unfortunately experienced the same fraudulent billing practices that others are complaining of.I received a bill in the mail for a balance that should have been covered by insurance. When calling the company on 9/24 I was told they did not bill my insurance and it turned out they had the wrong insurance information and updated and they would rebill which could take 30 days.I was told to disregard this statement. The physicians themselves seem competent and courteous enough, but their billing practices are nothing short of predatory.For three suture points, I was billed an outrageous $1,050without any discussion of costs beforehand. I paid $60 at registration, leaving a supposed balance of $990. I visited wellnow in July for severe stomach pains to where I couldn't walk and was throwing up. I had different tests done. All of which should have been covered by insurance. I get a bill stating I owe alot of money. I filed a dispute with insurance and having been waiting on insurance. Today I looked at my online bank account and ******************** fraudulently withdrew the amount I owe from the card I used during payment for my *****. Scam billing practices. Paid for services at the time of the appointment and still getting billed for that amount 3 months later. Every time I call they tell me they'll take care of it and to disregard the bill, but now they are threatening me with collections- over an amount I already paid. What an awful way to practice
