The staff at the office was nice. The billing is awful. Had an appointment in June paid my copay and in August got an email they were charging me another $325 the next day. I called immediately and found they did not bill my insurance even though I gave the information at the visit even a copy of the card. I was advised on the call they would submit to insurance and not take the money. Billing has been a nightmare. I paid in full in June, when I visited the clinic. I got a bill in September saying I hadn't paid; autopay (which I did not sign up for!) withdrew $241 that same month; I got another bill in October acknowledging my June payment but saying I still owed money. After many long calls with their call center I finally got an email on 11/4 acknowledging that they owe ME money now.......and then started getting calls from a collections agency on 12/30. Real rating is less than 1 star! I received an invoice for services rendered to my grandson after his insurance paid its contracted amount. The invoice was for the balance that the insurance did not pay. I have no copay - insurance is ********. I spoke with a billing representative who advised me that I was responsible for the balance. Under the Federal No Surprises Act, they are NOT allowed to do this. I made an appointment because I havent been feeling well for days. It was only getting worse. I go online and set up the appointment! Easy! I brought my license and insurance card. I show up for my appointment and she said I have a $25 copay. I apologized for not thinking about bringing my purse but I didnt feel well and wasnt thinking. I asked them to just send me a bill. I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I received during a recent visit to your facility for an arm X-ray.The X-ray technician *** assisted me displayed unprofessional, dismissive, and outright rude behavior. Let me start off by saying that we were pleased with the visit at your clinic in ************. But... 1. We were not informed when registering that our insurance was not accepted. 2. Your business DOES NOT send out invoices/bills for balance due. Who does that???3. Almost a year after my daughter was seen, she is receiving calls from a collection company for an unpaid bill that WE had NO knowledge of. She was seen Dec of 2024. You really should rethink your procedures. I can guarantee I WILL NOT use your services ever again.

Was charged for wrong service. Supposed to be a code error. After calling numerous times, being hung up on, asking to speak to a supervisor and waiting on hold for over a hour, was told that my refund was being processed. To call back in two weeks to request the refund. I have called back to request the refund. Was told it is still processing. After 5 weeks I have been told again that it is still processing.
