The latest review is so similar to mine. They are charging us $1,272 to ***IN A CUP! Are you out of your mind?! They need to be investigated. This is absolute thievery. DO NOT GO HERE!
Poor clinical care and double billing. Have contacted the billing office 6 times and they laughed! ***** ! *****!
H.O.R.R.B.L.E. DO NOT USE! They billed me for 7 different lab tests that I did not need...nothing to do with my medical issue. Obvious mistake but I cant get anyone to look at situation. Billing me $1263.38 as insurance is saying not relevant to diagnosis. SUPER frustrating! NEGATIVE stars. I am now thinking they bill random medical thinking no one will check! I have tried repeatedly to address this issue...no help. HELP! WELL NOW please reach out to me!
** is great but the blind payments are not. Was told I needed to pay for the initial visit before his appointment, no problem. So I gave them my card to pay unknowingly that its set up for them to take any other payment without telling you. The other bill hasnt even come in the mail, yet they pulled the payment. At least give us ADVANCE warning or let the customer decide when theyre able to make the payment!

Drs are great. Billing office is terrible. Upon 1st visit I was told my copay would be $30 and needed to be paid upfront. No problem, paid. Second visit, was told I have $180 deductible (have never had a deductible). I told the lady absolutely not, I would go elsewhere. She insisted it was correct. Nope, not happening. Then, oh yes, sorry you are correct. Now I keep getting bills in the mail and text messages reminding me to pay my copay. I call and dispute and they are telling me my copay is $60 so I still owe $30. They nee... read more

I went in on 9/16 I do not remember signing a auto pay cause I would have to hand them my credit card I only got the bill a couple days ago and I was about to pay it with my HSA card and my main card already had a transaction came through I checked it to find out that it was from them I tried calling the clinic they told me that I had to call the billing department on Monday so I called today asked to speak with a manager because I never signed anything for auto pay. The positives, this place is clean and they took me on time for a scheduled appt. Staff demeanor average and the doctor friendly. Negatives: it was a waste of my money and time. Misdiagnosed a pretty simple problem. All symptoms of a kidney stone which I thoroughly explained (debilitating side pain, vomiting profusely followed by 2 weeks of bladder pain and feeling of uncontrollable full bladder). I received very nice care while I was at well now. And then I got my bill. After negotiating rates with the insurance company they wanted to charge me close to $900 to diagnose a urinary tract infection. When I research the medical codes it appears that the most expensive test is actually even considered experimental and all of the remaining but one are not considered medically necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection.
