TOP NOTCH CARE!!! I was able to schedule an appointment and complete registration online the night before. Their availability in terms of appointments is excellent and registration was easy. Upon arrival, I was checked in by reception immediately. Triage called my name a few minutes later. I received excellent care from the nurse, physician's assistant, and x-ray technician. My daughter and I were very sick. We went to the location on Hoboult Rd. We saw a Physician Assistant, Richard Davis. We tested positive for the flu. He was great with my daughter, very caring and empathetic towards her. She had a 104 fever, he had the nurse give Motrin right in the exam room to help get it down. I had an amazing experience with the provider Deborah Cyrkiel. She was very understanding, knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know. As for the clinic, it doesn’t get the same review. The clinic has changed its processes and made my visit very difficult. They do not provide the services most urgent care facilities have.
Deborah Cyrkiel is a compassionate provider. Very knowledgeable. Made my child feel comfortable as well as myself with the treatment plan. I would recommend her to anyone looking for immediate care.
