Got a call from physicians medical urgent care. Tried to tell me that me sinusitis didn't require antibiotics, and that if it turned to bronchitis it still didn't require medication. I asked if it turned to pneumonia would I need medicine ...she said maybe not, but go to the doctor to make sure. The short of it was, I went to Florida the next week where my infection was worse, spitting green phlegm and a swollen throat. I've gone here for a physical that was required for a job, I much rather go to the one on Larkin ave. The girls here are all so rude and don't even greet you. They all seem annoyed and mad that you're there and do not hesitate go give attitude for no reason. You're getting paid, do your damn job and if you don't like your job then go somewhere else. I waited three hours total for a physical, it was absolutely unacceptable. The tech who took my my ex-rays was rude and clearly wanted to be anywhere but work. The facility had an overall gloomy and run-down feeling to it, I will never come back to this place.

Was sent here by my company after calling in sick to see if I was faking it or not. The nurse practitioner told me it looked like I had the flu but told me to go back to work anyway even though I was probably contagious but it doesn't matter because according to her I don't work in the food service or health care industry. She did some minor checks but no tests to see what I had. Later, the nurse practitioner told my company that I was not sick nor contagious which was very clearly a lie. The fact that they have an option on-line to make an appointment is a joke. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment time so I could fill out the paperwork. I wanted to be respectful of my appointment time. At one point I was the first person on the board with a wait time of 0-10 minutes then all of a sudden it changed and said my wait time was 8-18 minutes and there was a walk-in who came in after me and was got listed before me on the Board. I took my children there because they were running fevers. The wait wasn't bad, however they told me that they accepted my insurance, which they didn't. Now they want me to pay them $700.00 all for 2 strep tests. If they hadn't lied to me I never would have went there. I know I'll never go again.
