I went to Physicians because of severe backpain. I got in quickly and was diagnosed efficiently. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I even received a follow up call to see how I was doing. I would recommend going here to anyone who wants to receive quality care quickly.

My wife and our two sons go here whenever we have something that used to be an emergency room visit or if we cant wait a week to get in to our primary physician. Waiting time is reasonable, and they have always provided our family good medical care. We are glad they are there.

I can say this place has great staff until you get to the Dr, by far the worst experience I've ever encountered with the Dr. I remained respectful but she completely went against her oath. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Terrible experience! Took over 1.5 hours when they said there were 2 people in front of me. Doctors and staff coming in and out of the building unexplained.

Instead of providing care the physician just called 911 and said I need to go to the hospital. Because I have a blood clot or pneumonia. No tests were performed to confirm either of these diagnoses. The physician further said "you do not have enough time and something could happen to you in transit to the hospital." The paramedics responding to the 911 call checked my vitals and saw NO reason to transport me to the emergency room as my vitals were not consistent with either pneumonia or a blood clot. There is nothing immediate about this place. They have one receptionist handling everything. You have to use your phone to connect to their WIFI to make your reservation while standing in front of receptionist - while you are sick and not feeling well. Bad experience! I made an appt at my own Dr and they got me in. I do not recommend Physicians Not) Immediate Car to anyone!

It doesn't matter if you schedulean appointment an hour ahead of time or not, you will still wait for more than an hour. I scheduled my appointment for 10:08am at 9:30am. I'm still waiting for the doctor to come in my room at 11:30am. If this physical wasn't being paid for by my workplace, I would never come here.

I'd give them "zero" stars if I could. Apart from long wait times and awful customer service, my biggest issue is with their billing department. I received a bill for DOS April 2021 in July of 2022. More than a year later!! They sent the bill to the incorrect doctor's office and refused to send it directly to BCBS. I have made numerous phone calls to both the facility and BCBS over the past month. BCBS had to call the doctor's office where they had incorrectly sent the bill to to request a copy of the bill! Made appointment. Received message to let office know I'd arrived. After doing so received message to wait in car until I received further instruction. Waited about 20 minutes and finally decided to walk in, whereupon I met the incredibly rude receptionist. Believe her name was Lauren. Waited inside until it was a full hour past my appointment time.
