They were very good with communication and getting me in fast. They also went the extra mile by kindly offering to stay a little after closing so my husband would have time to come help me and I wouldn’t have to wait alone in the cold after I locked my key in my car. Excellent service and awesome staff!!

I thought I would write a review of my experience here at the urgent care as I’ve been sitting here for almost 3 hours now. I would have spent the same amount of time at an ER. They couldn’t figure out my billing even though I am VA and they show they serve the VA on the counter. They had me fill out an iPad and then wait for almost 2 hours. I haven’t been to an urgent care in ages and a lot had changed with digital sign in. I had trouble with my phone and the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Thankfully they had tablets which made it a lot easier. And she helped me with things I didn’t understand. Payment was simple too. I came in because I had been biten by an outside neighborhood cat. Everyone was very professional and very helpful. I received a tetanus shot and by bite was cleaned up. Karen, NP proscribed an antibiotic. It was a very pleasant experience considering I was in a lot of pain!
