I thought I would write a review of my experience here at the urgent care as I’ve been sitting here for almost 3 hours now. I would have spent the same amount of time at an ER. They couldn’t figure out my billing even though I am VA and they show they serve the VA on the counter. They had me fill out an iPad and then wait for almost 2 hours. I haven’t been to an urgent care in ages and a lot had changed with digital sign in. I had trouble with my phone and the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Thankfully they had tablets which made it a lot easier. And she helped me with things I didn’t understand. Payment was simple too. We needed a sports physical, so we ended up here. They charge $60.00. The wait is ridiculous anytime you go to urgent care, and this time was no different. 4 people total checked in at the time of our visit. We were the 4th ones, of course. It took over 2 hours until we were brought back to a room. Once back there, another 15- 20 minutes waiting. N.P. Karan Thomas is the one who sees us. They were very good with communication and getting me in fast. They also went the extra mile by kindly offering to stay a little after closing so my husband would have time to come help me and I wouldn’t have to wait alone in the cold after I locked my key in my car. Excellent service and awesome staff!!
