I had a good experience visiting. Karan is an excellent NP. I was able to get exactly what I needed for my baby. I didn't feel pressured as they were open to my requests, and my 3 month old is doing much better. I'm happy I was able to get in him and get a prescription filled promptly for breathing treatments.
I love this place in urgent times. I got excellent care from check in to my nurse and nurse practitioner Karan. She was exceptional and with a trained ear! She got me right on a breathing treatment which changed my whole trajectory. Impressed all the way around with their management of a waiting room full of patients. And their move of people yet providing top care and customer service.
Although this part has nothing to do with my medical visit it, it was very refreshing to see a young man being trained at the front desk which is an incredibly difficult position. He was very patient and thorough and even came out into the waiting area to help people who were having difficulty with registering the intake forms. I was well taken care of and didn't mind the wait at all. These ppl were all caring and very kind. I appreciated every single one! Gold star care here!!!
The walking wait time was ok, busy day. Was greeted very friendly. The nurse was very professional and pleasant. The Doctor was excellent. She asked all the right questions ,exam was gentle, and she actually listened to what I had to say about my problem. Was very pleased with the whole experience.
