1) Took 1 hour to get seen by a Dr. 2) The Dr. sent a completely wrong prescription to CVS (SOMEONE ELSES INFORMATION/MED) 3) Called TWICE and each time they said they would call me before 3pm and never did--had to call TWO MORE times before getting it handled. You and your families should never think about coming to this place.

I have no idea why they call this place an urgent care facility. There is NOTHING urgent about it. Would not recommend

Slowest place I have ever been, checked in prior to coming into the office, was told the wait was about 30 minutes, ended up waiting almost two hours with a fighting toddler in a crowded waiting room! For them to not tell me anything. Worst place to go if you have a sick child or in general really.

absolutely disgusting doctors. i went in for full body hives i have been dealing with for a day with no relief from antibiotics. the doctor came in and looked at them and said "looks like someone had breakfast lunch and dinner" insinuating i had bug bites. ive had a previous inspection recently and was completely cleared of any signs of anything. i also have 3 people in my home who haven't been "bitten" while i waited i continued to develop more hives on my hands and arms. by the time i had gotten home i had over 50+ hives c... read more

This place is a joke! Just like every doctor in Elkhart County they are all garbage here! They pick and choose who they want to see. They are too busy seeing cry babies with the flu who are wasting everyone's time. I will be contacting my lawyer and advising that the doctor there refused to see my husband and told him to go to the ER so the garbage doctors there will refuse to see him. Do not waste your time going to this place. Just wasted two hours waiting for a laceration to the eyebrow for them to say "We can't do facial sutures here." Our whole reason for being there was a facial laceration and the secretary couldn't even tell us that they can't take care of us. Not only did they take our money before going back, but they wouldn't reimburse us.
Horrible urgent care. Took my 1 year old there Friday and they told me there was nothing wrong with him. I asked them to check his ears because he had been pulling at them, putting his hands over them, etc. and he had a high grade fever on and off for 3 days. I'm highly disappointed on the employee that you decide to hire to answer the phone calls. I have been in dire need of a Cortizone shot. I had it approved by my insurance but it was only approved until February 16 and during that time I developed a horrible staff infection from a surgery I recently had and caused me to miss my Cortizone shot. I filled out registration online waited 30 minutes before calling. I had been kicked out of their system. The receptionist sounded like it was my fault for not finishing the registration. Got x-rays, was diagnosed with a sprained hand and wrist. Gave me a brace and a work note with the only restriction being to wear the brace at all times while at work.
