Non Work Comp but doctor can't write a note with work restrictions because the fall didn't happen at work?!?!?! My daughter is in danger of further injury at work because of a manager who doesn't care & because the doctor won't do his job!!!!

Had covid test done here. Ended up being a false positive. I wonder if it's because the nurse didn't change her gloves after swabbing me and before going to the next car, or if it's because she didn't put my swab in a vial, instead she put it back in the paper sleeve without my name on it so she could have gotten it mixed up with the patient in the next car. Made an appointment online for 9:20 am. I arrived at 9:00 am and checked in. At first my wait time was 10-15 minutes. As time went on, my wait time increased to almost 50 minutes and there was only one other person ahead of me. I inquired about the added wait time and was told that they had to call someone in. Why take appointments when you don't have the staff to run the business? I had a simple procedure that would take 1 minute.

I brought the medication with me to take a drug test and was accused of writing my own prescription, some people don't think before they speak.If I was doing anything illegal I would not be able to afford a printer.They could have easily called Walgreens and had it confirmed instead they smiled in my face and accused me of illegal activity.

We have been going there for over a year and have noticed that we are being charged for services we didn't have done. I have told the office several times I was NOT getting any email notification about the charges and I still have not gotten any. I have disputed several charges that were done for services that was not conducted. They are a rip off. Do NOT go there.

I was told I would receive an email on what I would owe before taken out of my bank account. NEVER received that email. Now I don't have enough cash to make it to my next check. Definitely going to be giving a call to the billing department first thing next week. Definitely NOT returning ever again. Won't recommend either.

Beware!! Service without insurance is $125, while the same service with insurance is over $300.00. Seems like an overcharge to the insurance company and those with coverage. Seems unlikely my insurance company would agree to contract more than double the reasonable and customary charge for the same service. Reporting to the BBB!
