I have been to Pine Belt Honda 2 times now for oil change and tire rotation both times they did not properly reset my TPMS system properly. It does get nerve wrecking when your system starts beeping telling you low air & you are in heavy traffic. The 1st time when I called them I was told “it’s not a problem, you can reset it yourself” yes, I can reset it myself after I check the air in all 4 tires.

When I purchased the 2024 Accord in December, it was part of the contract for the 100K mile warranty to have all oil changes completed on site. After driving an hour and a half for the initial oil change scheduled at 3:00 for 15% oil life, I was greeted with “We were just about to call you since our system is down and we’re in the water without a paddle”. I am usually not a person to leave a bad review somewhere but this is my third poor experience with this dealership. I had my car worked on by the service department and it broke down within 24 hours of them fixing it. The belt (which they stated in the inspection was fine and I didn't see any damage before taking it in) started shredding and tearing in the middle of me driving it. I went into try and figure out what to do and one of the sales team started getting in my face and talking/yelling over me when I was trying to ask questions about it and trying to find out if there was a member of management available.
