Pine belt honda's service after the sale is atrocious. I bought a brand new Honda Civic from them in May. 4 weeks later I'm washing the car and I noticed one of the tires was coming apart with only 1500 miles on it. I take it back to them to get the tire replaced under warranty. They didn't have the tire on hand and told me they had to submit a claim with Honda. My husband is over there right now because my brand new less than 30 days from the purchase tire is falling apart and is very dangerous to drive. Jamie, the manager refuses to pull another tire off a current Civic to fix it and let me drive my car to Jackson where I work all week. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and within 24 hours of driving it off the lot, one of the tires split. When I went back to get help, I was given two completely different explanations by two different workers — one said I must have hit something (which I absolutely did not), and another said it looked “malicious” and someone must have stabbed the tire.
