With 8800 miles on my 2023 pilot service light came for transmission fluid. I was charged $78 dollars for this. I was told by service manager “problem” to this particular model. I asked for proof. Got none. Ask to see whoever was in charge. Waited an hour. She told she would check on it. Called me later that day. Again said a problem common to 23 pilot. Again I asked for proof. Got none. people beware of the service department they told me there top mechanic said it my car needed a crankshaft sensor i just put a new in it i told the service manager to put the old in my car since it was only 3 days old then he said it needed it a honda starter and i just replace it two days before they charged me 400 .00 so i brought i back home today and it was water in the gas so i wouldn't take a bycicle to there to be repaired at pinebelt honda in Hattiesburg ms
Become Vardaman Honda again. It's been terrible since the change.
