I bought a brand new Honda Civic from them in May. 4 weeks later I'm washing the car and I noticed one of the tires was coming apart with only 1500 miles on it. I take it back to them to get the tire replaced under warranty. They didn't have the tire on hand and told me they had to submit a claim with Honda. My husband is over there right now because my brand new less than 30 days from the purchase tire is falling apart and is very dangerous to drive. Jamie, the manager refuses to pull another tire off a current Civic to fix it and let me drive my car to Jackson where I work all week. He absolutely says no he says they’re selling like hotcakes so he doesn’t wanna do that instead he wants to give me a piece of crap loaner car for my car.
