It has been a great place to live. You get 3 meals a day and the food is good. There are several activities and pretty much something for everyone. Laundry and housekeeping are offered on a weekly basis or you can do your own laundry in the laundry room. Other amenities include a hair and nail salon, an excercise room, a library, a puzzle room, a chapel, a movie theatre, a music room, arts & crafts and other games take place in an activity room which is also a kitchen. The workers are my family. I love come down each morning and visiting with them. It’s the same staff who take care of the residents. You can tell they enjoy working at Plumbrook and they enjoy the residents
I have lived here for over a year now and love my apartment. It has a nice view with the woods and a walking path too. My little dog loves it too. The people are very friendly here, including the staff and residents. Lots of activities to keep busy. The rent includes 3 meals a day,housekeeping,laundry service, and internet.Also has PT and OT therapy here.?? They have entertainment come in every month too!!
We've lived at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook or 3 years and have been very happy here, as is our little dog. The place is well maintained, the amenities as well as the food are great. The entire staff is wonderful and treat us like family!
Eventually, we all reach the age where we are in need of additional help. We reach the age where maintaining a home is difficult. When that happens, we must move on. We found our new home by moving to Pineridge of Plumbrook. We have gained more than imaginable by living at Pineridge of Plumbrook. Friend ship is so important and we have it. We have the best staff and residents . I moved back to Michigan from Florida - my son found my new home. I love my second floor apartment - great view from my Deck. I truly enjoy my neighbors - great folks. If your looking for a friendly home, come take a look at Plumbrook.
If you are looking for a place to call home, this is a great place to go. The staff are wonderful and caring. The chef is great! He listens to our complaint, if there are any, and cares and will do whatever he can to make us happy with our meals. I love that I only go to a grocery store to get the things I want (i.e. snacks). I can choose to do my own laundry or have it done for me. That's a perk I love. Housekeeping is done on a weekly basis.
The food is wonderful and they offer multiple choices for each meal. They have several activities for their residents and occasionally they have special activities for the resident and their families. The staff is always kind and willing to help. We have not found anyone that has had an attitude when doing their job. Apartments are cleaned once a week and laundry is also done once a week. My mom was living at another community and not happy with the food or the events. Plumbrook has a great calendar and the chef has a large menu of good food. The entire family had a welcome dinner with home made Beef Wellington. Mom is happy now!
