Have been a resident for 2 1/2 yrs. Very friendly staff. Meals are frustrating one time it is very good. Tasty and next time-very blah-no taste. Cleaning is spotty-due to time for doing it is not enough. 2 people for the whole complex is not adequate.

Every single member of Pine Ridge staff goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness and well being of their residents. From top management to the staff preparing and serving meals to housekeeping, they all have smiles on their faces and are willing to serve everyday. The community received a beautiful renovation in 2023 - it’s like living in a new community. They offer all inclusive pricing with award winning services. Before moving in, I shopped around and found Plumbrook had the best value.
I would rate all a 5 other than food which I would rate 3-4 however, I haven't eaten very many big meals there. Mostly just salads, sandwiches. The neighborhood is beautiful, the staff from top down to cleaning crew are so friendly and always willing to help. Lots of super fun activities and entertainment. I would absolutely recommend Pine Ridge of Plumbrook to others looking.
