The staff is very friendly and they really care about the residents. They go beyond their normal daily responsibilities to help assist when they can. My mother has been a resident since [date removed]. She has made good friends and is happy living in the community. There are many activities for her to participate in if she wishes. Her favorite is the daily exercise class. My siblings and I feel confident that my mother is well taken care of. We highly recommend Pine Ridge of Plumbrook.

Everyone I have come in contact with at Pine Ridge have gone out if their way to be helpful and super friendly. From the people at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and the Directors [name removed] and [name removed], they have all helped make this transition a great experience. I would highly recommend this community.

This is a very good place. The residents and staff are very friendly. It is a pleasant area near shopping centers and there are woods nearby as well. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. The chef is very good.

Pineridge of Plumbrook has exceeded all my expectations. The staff are all professionals, kind and excellent at what they do. [Name removed] and [name removed] guided, myself and father every step. My father transitioned into his new lifestyle with ease, where he is comfortable, safe and part of a fun but calm safe community. Dad's surroundings are esthetically beautiful, clean and his apartment perfect for him in every way. I feel so pleased making the decision to choose Pineridge of Plumbrook being dads residence. ?

This facility is gorgeous! The layout is clean, well thought out, and organized with the residents in mind. All the residents are happy and well cared for by [name removed] and her staff. If you are considering this place for your loved one, our family highly recommends it.

A few months ago, I took a tour through of this facility as a potential community for my mom to live in. I was sorely disappointed when [name removed]& [name removed]would not let me move in here as well!! Lol! They told me I had a few years to wait before I was old enough to move in. Phenomenal customer service from the moving ambassador! I felt welcomed and immersed into this beautiful community. Prices were competitive. Cleanliness was spot-on and what one would expect from top notch senior living. Food is varied and delicious; plenty of healthy options.
