Everyone was very pleasant and answered questions and put me at ease. I had both doctors, who are great, talked to me and kept my mind busy while they did they're thing. The nurses explained homecare and give you some supplies. I wouldn't hesitate to go there if I needed again!

The facility is very clean the staff polite, the waiting room is comfortable, and my doctor is great.

Been coming to this area for years and always pleased with the service. However, just when you thought the Pinnacle Team couldn't get any better they far exceeded expectations by their exceptional level of compassion, communication, and understanding! NP April Ahn and her team took the time to listen and help resolve my skin situation even if it is temporary until the next visit. The reception team is also EXCELLENT!

Dr. Patterson listened to all my concerns and addressed all of them. Pinnacle is very efficient with there spacing there patients out ,very rare do I have a long wait..

The doctor is excellent. However, appts tend to run late & this one very late. The doctor was consequently rushed - when the tech or nurse or whatever the correct title is these days took us to the exam room & asked about concerns I said I needed to talk to the doc about herpes simplex & a prescription - we never got to that.
