First of all, the staffs are very welcoming and smiley. I definitely, recommend the doctor he is very accommodating, listens to his patient well. My first visit to Pinnacle Dermatology was outstanding.

Check in and out is smooth. Doctor and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Practice is clean. Arrival early as requested, but wait times are excessive.

Everyone was very pleasant and answered questions and put me at ease. I had both doctors, who are great, talked to me and kept my mind busy while they did they're thing. The nurses explained homecare and give you some supplies. I wouldn't hesitate to go there if I needed again!

Been coming to this area for years and always pleased with the service. However, just when you thought the Pinnacle Team couldn't get any better they far exceeded expectations by their exceptional level of compassion, communication, and understanding! NP April Ahn and her team took the time to listen and help resolve my skin situation even if it is temporary until the next visit. The reception team is also EXCELLENT!
