The doctor is excellent. However, appts tend to run late & this one very late. The doctor was consequently rushed - when the tech or nurse or whatever the correct title is these days took us to the exam room & asked about concerns I said I needed to talk to the doc about herpes simplex & a prescription - we never got to that.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time was better than expected
Dr. Paterson is always very thorough in his exam. And very pleasant ad well.
I am more than satisfied with the care given me by my PA-C, Jalal Alghabra. His kindness and expertise puts me totally at ease. He took care of the problem and was proactive with 2 others. I trust him and will continue to suggest Pinnacle to others.
It was a very satisfying visit. We had a shorter wait time & all .my issues were addressed promptly.
Fantastic experience. The entire staff were so nice & polite. I was scared & nervous, but Danya made me feel so comfortable from the minute I entered the room. Danya walked me through each step with so much patience & professionalism.
On a busy day, I was called immediately after a cancelation occurred. Thank you! My worries were put to rest. I was told the culprits that plagued me and the creams to assist. Everyone is always cordial, smiling and calm.
