Wow, what a difference it makes - after the dryer vent was cleaned (also on top of the roof) the drying time is now almost cut in half. I wish I would have it done long time ago. The technician was nice and polite. Would always call this company back!
Planet Duct came highly recommended and now I know why, they are amazing! Their staff is friendly, conscientious, and good at their jobs. We just moved into a new (25 year old) home and our duct system went from being filthy and neglected to clean and shiny. My breathing has greatly improved, and my house is not filled with dust anymore. Planet Duct is a lifesaver!
They did a great job cleaning my ducts out. It took over 4 hours to complete the process from start to finish. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves which was nice. Carpet, floor and furniture protectors were placed around the house for their large vacuum hoses. Appreciate the quick and efficient service provided by Planet Duct. I also liked the YouTube videos available that showed the process and tools used for the work to clean ducts, dryer vents (especially thankful they handle vents on the roof), and bathroom vents.

Friendly personable and expedient. They arrived just when they said they would. They said it would take 30 minutes it took 20. Ryan and Jordan were fabulous and comfortable presence in the home. We would definitely use these guys again. They did their work faster than you can say Planet Duct!
