Arrived at appointed time. Did a great job. They had to get onto the roof of my townhome to clean the dryer vent. Very happy with their service . I will use Planet Duct again.
Jordan and John L did a great job cleaning the dryer vent. My vent goes through the roof, so one was on the roof and the other was inside with the dryer. They showed me the tools they were using and how they worked. They make a great team and I hope to have them back to do the whole house after the construction is finished.

Crew was on time and provided a step by step of their work. They were very polite and showed respectful process of being in my home. They completed the work of cleaning my ducts (house built in 1970 and has never had them cleaned before) in a very timely, unhurried fashion. The results were very surprising. Tyler and his team, Ben and "G", were awesome. They took great care to protect the interior of our home as they worked. They explained their services well, answered questions I had as they progressed in their work, and did a very thorough job.
