Planet duct provided 10 star service. They were responsive, prompt, polite and professional. They drove 1.5 hrs to my house and did a great job. Definitely recommend them.

Hello, I just wanted to say that I am one very satisfied customer! Jordan and Brandon D**** was sent over to fix my dryer and they did an amazing job! They were very respectful, polite, and helpful! I felt bad that they had to work on Halloween. But these guys went above and beyond. They showed me pictures and videos of what they did and they kept me updated on what their next move was. Planet duct was a life saver! We had just moved into our house and the dryer was acting up. We figured we’d get the ducts cleaned out just to be sure. The guys showed up, and they said it was one of the worst they’d seen! There was a motor that had been installed in the duct work that was no longer operating. They got pictures of it and showed us what they were seeing. They ended up replacing parts of the duct work and removed years of lint! They were professional, fast and cleaned up all the lint!
