PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz — college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business — wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. To date, we have seen over 4 million patients, treating everything from asthma attacks to sports injurie... read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My sister and I brought my nephew to this location because he had been throwing up all day, with high fevers and also having difficulty breathing. My nephew was abroad and when we returned his PCP told us to take him to the ER. We tried showing Laura Elkins who attended to us his diagnosis from the physician abroad so she could make an informed decision but she refused to look at the records. She also refused to do any bloodwork and stated that bloodwork is not done in the ER ( ... read more
Front office was to busy talking on their phones when you walk in they had their glass open and had you wait there while they were talking on their personal cell phone , just to be told oh your checking in scan the code not welcoming at all. The rn was the best sweetest person she was very helpful and sweet. The hospital referred us and I was told they would be able to do labs on blood etc and the dr was upset when I asked n seemed to have an attitude saying why would she be able to do that if she’s not the primary dr. Which... read more
The nurse's behavior was not good
Actually run test to rule out specific sickness rather than just looking and saying “it’s just a virus”. It’s always better to be safe than sorry, no reason why we should have to request for flu and or strep test to be ran.
I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk staff at this location at children’s URGENT care . When I approached the desk, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. I simply asked for assistance, explaining I didn’t have an appointment, and instead of helping, she curtly informed me that I needed to check in first, with no explanation or patience. I noticed I wasn’t the only one who felt this way—other parents in the waiting area seemed to have similar encounters. Having to deal with a rude receptionist is ... read more
Second visit to this clinic bad atention
The NP, dismissed my concerns, didn't seem to care about what was wrong with my son. Since it was the end of the night, I felt like she just wanted a quick in and out. I'm not the type of person to complain, but I don't understand why some people become providers if they don't take their patients serious. Then get very offensive and rude when you want to advocate for the patient. Second time they misdiagnosed him, wouldn't recommend.
The ladies at check in can be helpful, and not behave as if they hate their job. The wait was horrible, For a less than 5 minutes visit. you spend more time waiting then you are helped. overall awful. I hope i do not have to return with my child.
