More welcoming and wanting to assist from the receptionist, shorter wait times. I was told I wouldn’t have to wait no longer than 30 minutes and it was way longer than that.

My son was referred to children’s by his pediatrician for an x-ray that he never received. I was treated as if I came off of the street asking for an x-ray for no reason, spent almost 3hrs there, only to pay $153 just for them to touch my son’s head and give their opinion, sans visual proof. I am with my child just about 24/7 and was treated as if I my concerns were delusional. I will NEVER take my son to this location again.

I brought my son in to be seen. He was in some pain while we were there and we waited nearly an hour to be seen once we were called to the back. The doctor came in swabbed him for strep and no one gave him anything for the pain or ran any other tests to see what was going on with his issue. I felt like I’d wasted gas and time coming here, but I bet they billed the insurance. Either way, the doctor was great, the front desk associate was great, just not the experience you want when bringing in an ill child.

Omg it wasnt good at all due to the fact the doctor was supposed to come in after the doctor never came in too see about my babies a hour passed by still never came in so I stepped out to ask and the other nurse that came too see about my babies kept apologizing for the doctor that never came in my feelings was Soo hurt

You took X-rays of my 3 year old son's broken leg, and charged me amply for them. You then suggested I make an appointment in the next couple of days with an orthopedist, so we made an appointment the next morning at Children's in Dallas, ostensibly the same hospital you operate in. The next morning we came in and they said they had to do the same x-rays again, because your system couldn't forward them. Doctor who saw my son was very short and dismissive. Didn’t even get her name, she never introduced herself to me. Waited 2 hours to see her only for her to send us home in less than 5 minutes. Don’t recommend this place.

Medical staff was awesome, but the front desk needs work. I called three times to get a medication transferred and two times they forgot about it and I was waiting at the pharmacy’s for over an hour and then I called again and they never did the transfer. Then on top of that I get question on medication that was out of stock at two locations like it’s not my fault
