This is a great place! We came to check on a broken ankle. There was no wait time and everyone was super friendly and professional.

Less wait time. Was waiting for more than 3hrs. Waiting area was dirty. Nasty smell and no where to sit at. People were waiting outside of the waiting area due to full capacity. This place needs to get cleaned up more often.

My daughter was seen by P.A. Sophia Ahmed. She had horrible bedside manner and didn’t take the time to fully examine my daughter. After visit I asked if she can prescribe a steroid or antibiotic due to my daughter fighting the flu for over a week and I received no response and was told it was due to her seeing other patients. I followed up days later and the receptionist laughed on the phone and sent me to voicemail. The most unprofessional facility I have ever visit and do not recommend.

My daughter had fever for 4 days nonstop and I went to er and they sent me here because they said it would be faster which was a total lie. I waited 4 hours to get in and all they said was they were going to give me a penicillin prescription for an infection and they said to go buy it somewhere else because they had ran out, where was I going to buy it at 10 o clock????? They didn’t do anything about the fever and here I am now putting my daughter in a tub with water because Tylenol doesn’t stop the fever and it’s 5 days now... read more

I waited for over 2 hours to see a provider for less than 5 minutes. Only 1 provider being available is unideal for an urgent care during flu season..

They did absolutely nothing. They said I need to send my son to a bone specialist. They didn't do a X-ray or nothing and it cost $40. My visit took 5 minutes.
