I would say my biggest issue with this urgent care is that I was told to come back in 5 days to have my toddler’s stitches removed by the dr that stitched him up. i came back on day 6 and the dr on staff at that time said that stitches should be removed on days 7-10 but she took them out anyways. So now I’ll forever wonder if they were taken out too early. I think it’s not too much to expect dr’s to have some consistency with when stitches should be removed.
Very nice! Service fast! Gets straight to the point! And the pharmacy was right upstairs! I will continue taking my kids here for emergencies

We had a wonderful experience. I went for the very first time to Urgent Care at the main campus for third opinion for my 5 y.o. Lady in the garage was very kind. The man at the information desk was very helpful. When he learned that this is our firs visit he asked two high school students volunteers to escort us to Urgent Care. The lady at the Urgent Care reception was with a big smile on her face, very kind and helpful. The waiting time was minimal and the doctor came in the room almost immediately.
