The staff was pleasant. However, I feel like I could’ve stayed at home and continue to treat my child with the remedies I had. I ended up buying my own Covid tests and flu test to make sure there were no other issues. I’m glad there was nothing seriously wrong, I just felt dismissed. Her condition worsened and I wish I had a more definitive explanation. Unless someone is bleeding, I will just call her pediatrician.

The office was clean and the appointment ran on time! The staff was also so sweet and gave our daughter stickers and a little Lego set to take home for being a good patient! Five stars for sure!!

It was a difficult night for staff with only one provider. They were an hour late on appointments. They handled the customers with compassion through such a difficult situation. Everyone was polite and understanding and very helpful.
