The nurses and PA were amazing and kind, per usual. However the receptionist was dismissive and passive aggressive. She didn’t greet us, welcome us, or acknowledge us. I said hello and she didn’t respond. Every other encounter I have had with the other receptionists have always been 10/10. But this young lady doesn’t have the basic mannerism for a front desk position. I too work in healthcare and I’ve never treat a patient that way

Outstanding experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care. I took my daughter there and they got us in as quickly as possible. The staff and Dr. Walker were superb. Highly recommend.

We love this facility & here are the reasons. Friendly staff at the front desk. Doctors and nurse practitioners that genuinely show concern and attention to their patients. In addition, they take the time to educate and coach parents on what the issues are. Finally, they know how to approach the children with kindness and comfort.
