My son came in with a split chin. He is 6 and has a lot of anxiety with new doctors and procedures, especially if he is hurt. He also is very afraid of needles/shots. The staff was calm and caring with him. They used numbing gel so he didn’t need a shot, and he didn’t feel anything while getting his stitches. It could not have been a better experience. Thank you!

We had a great experience at PM Pediatric Urgent Care. I made my daughter an appointment online, which I found to be extremely helpful and convenient. We arrived early and did not wait long to be called in after checking in, The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse was friendly and efficient. They were very patient with my toddler and tried to make him comfortable. The nurse even played with the pulse oximeter and thermometer so that he wasn't scared! I have been here before with other kids and definitely would use again if God forbid we needed urgent care again!
