They were very patient with my toddler and tried to make him comfortable. The nurse even played with the pulse oximeter and thermometer so that he wasn't scared! I have been here before with other kids and definitely would use again if God forbid we needed urgent care again!

The care was good, the doctor was clearly over worked that day and had no support. Luckily we had a non-complicated arm fracture. The wait time was about 2.5 hours (which I also don't think is typical). Front desk was very friendly and accommodating and the nurse was great.

Terrible experience with Dr. Emily Brandt at P.M. Pediatrics (Pico Blvd, Los Angeles). We brought our daughter in with a high fever, persistent cough, and overall weakness. The doctor claimed it was just “boogers stuck in her nose” causing all the symptoms — including the fever — and sent us home without any treatment. A couple of days later, her condition worsened.
