Brought my son in last night who was suffering from the flu symptoms and potentially strep throat They tested for strep throat. He came out negative and then the doctor refused to prescribe flu medication such as. Antiviral drugs for the flu. In fact, the doctor spent about two minutes with us was pretty rude and told us that she wasn’t going to prescribe any antibiotics or anti-viral drugs because she didn’t want my kid to get used to having antibiotics. The girl at your front desk was very rude. I had an appointment and the walk ins were called in before us. It was very disappointing.

Usually we have a positive experience but this time the doctor was rushed, cold and condescending. She spent no more than 30 seconds with us and it wasn't a busy night...she was quite rude. I guess everyone can have an off night but still.
Very cold or disconnected to customer staff and specially front desk. This was an ergent care but nothing about it was ergent, you have my kids on your files, all information, insurance, contact, all But we have to go thru a lengthy hard proccess of starting all over and when you get to insurance, it's a hell, it dies not take the info..and repeat, repeat... So your front desk always says Just say no insurance and pay cash and sign to go forward, don't worry.. You do not know what you are signing, because it only gives you... read more

Terrible customer service and front desk staff. We checked in, wrote down our son’s condition and symptoms and before even taking our sons vitals the secretary started calling out our son’s condition in front of the whole waiting room. Not following HIPAA, no decency, unqualified to even give a recommendation. She was trying to turn us away and tell us to go to a hospital without even having the doctor take vitals to check my son’s initial symptoms. I was glad to see the place was empty when we arrived. They took us in right away, and the nurse check my son’s vitals. Then, we waited for quite some time to see the doctor. When he arrived, he looked at my son’s foot from a distance and schedule the xray. We waited another 30min to have an xray done. The guys who supervised the xray is not very nice.
