Wait time in the room was a little longer than expected. Nurse came, took vitals and then we didn't seen anyone for quite some time. Thought we were forgotten but once Dr. Crosby came in, she made up for it. She was wonderful with our daughter, listened to our concerns and explained everything.

The doctor that assessed my children was great! He took his time, was very thorough and kind to my kids. He explained everything really well for next steps. He would get 5 stars. The receptionist however was not so helpful, seemed annoyed by our presence. Not very professional.

My daughter came to the Nanuet office on Tuesday and had to follow up on Thursday in Mamaroneck. I want to say what amazing doctors Dr. LeGrand and Dr. Killion are! They both treated my teenage daughter for a cyst that needed drainage. They explained every step of the plan and procedure and allowed her (and I) to ask as many questions as needed. They maintained my daughter's modesty and made sure she was comfortable during the procedure. Thank you for making a challenging procedure as smooth as possible for my daughter!

Incredible experience, so easy to make an appointment. They take walkins or if you prefer you can usually get an appointment same day or next day if you book online. Seamless process upon arrival, we were seen quickly as most of the check in work is done online. The doctor answered all our questions and we did not feel rushed at all, they were very informative on all things pediatrics. We have used numerous times before and will continue to use PM Pediatric Urgent Care for all future needs.
