I thought the wait time (over an hour) once in a room was excessive. I understand waiting to be seen, however, once in a room iI feel like it was that we weren’t prioritized to an excessive degree.

Review insurance information prior to blindly charging $40, it would have been seen that our out of pocket max deductible was already hit and we were liable for $0 out of pocket for this visit. Insurance was picking up 100%

Unfortunately, we were charged $40 before we could be seen by the doctor even though we have met our out of pocket max deductible. I spoke to our insurance carrier who said that you are in network and all out of pocket max limits were fully reached prior to our visit.

Providers and staff are great. Exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Operational manager is disrespectful. Megan I believe. No empathy or customer service skills. Needs to be educated or trained.

The nasty front desk woman that was there 7/21/2025 around 9pm is one of the worst I’ve ever seen . She has zero manners to speak to patients and looks like she not only hates her job, but herself too.

Made an appointment but was still an hour wait
I brought my 6 year old in with a cough and trouble breathing. The doctor gave him a nebulizer and steroid. However, immediately after the medication was given, she insisted that he should go to the ER. Instead of waiting to see if the treatment worked, she called an ambulance. It was after 9 and PM Pediatrics closes at 10. I think they rushed us out the door and bullied us into a totally unnecessary ambulance ride and ER visit. I will see about filing a formal complaint.

The doctor and the nurse were nice but the doctor rushed through my baby’s appointment. I dont think i will be going to PM for future medical attention.

The wait time was extremely long, and longer than advertised. Staff and caregivers were excellent though
