Took my 21 year old daughter. Place is as wonderful as it was when she was 10! Fast service, you can book appts ahead and the doctors are caring and efficient. Highly recommend. Will be sorry my kid ages out lol

We’ve been to PM Pediatrics many times between our 3 boys but this last visit on 2/13/24 was exceptional due to the Doctor we saw. My son was nervous and she had the most incredible bedside manner. Caring, listened to our concerns, and even had him “assist” with his flu swab which made it more tolerable for him. Very appreciative for doctors like her!

Some of the doctors are nice and knowledgeable but the rest of the staff is rude and disrespectful. Whatever position Gretchen holds, I am not sure how she got there. She was cold and seemed miserable on our 2nd visit even after both my daughter and myself said hello and asked her how her day was going. As far as attempting to reach a provider for follow up; it seemed impossible. Doctor was excellent and personable however. wait time was extremely long. We had a 2:15 appointment and went in an exam room at 3:10 and waited some more. Nurse did a throat culture and said results would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited another 45 minutes and did not leave until 4:20 In total we were there for over 2 hours.
