This was an amazing experience for urgent care. We typically go to a different urgent care and the advice of a friend made us try this location and it was outstanding so pleasant Aunt kind compassionate, empathetic, and above all fast and thorough.

Great bedside manner with all the staff we saw. The nurses, medical assistant and NP were so good with my child. The NP answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend PM pediatrics.

From the moment we walked in, the entire office felt warm and welcoming. The decor created a comforting atmosphere, and every staff member we interacted with was kind and friendly. One of my favorite touches was the fun video reels playing in the exam room while we waited for the provider. Ashleigh at the front desk, the medical assistant, and the nurse practitioner Ellie were all great. It was clear that each of them loved kids. Ellie was prompt, concise, and kind. Ellie is the kind of person that makes me proud to be a nurse.
