Great service from the reception to the nurses to gr assistants. Everyone was super kind to our sick kids and even had special snacks to make things easier

This was an amazing experience for urgent care. We typically go to a different urgent care and the advice of a friend made us try this location and it was outstanding so pleasant Aunt kind compassionate, empathetic, and above all fast and thorough.

Great bedside manner with all the staff we saw. The nurses, medical assistant and NP were so good with my child. The NP answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend PM pediatrics.

From the moment we walked in, the entire office felt warm and welcoming. The decor created a comforting atmosphere, and every staff member we interacted with was kind and friendly. Ashleigh at the front desk, the medical assistant, and the nurse practitioner Ellie were all great. It was clear that each of them loved kids. Ellie was prompt, concise, and kind. Ellie is the kind of person that makes me proud to be a nurse.

Second time coming here and thankfully they were still able to see us even though they were already at full capacity. I honestly felt bad coming in so close to closing because I know how overwhelming and frustrating that can be, but the staff were all so kind and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. My daughter went in for a sore throat. Her rapid test came back negative, but the doctor still wanted to send it to the lab for further testing just to be safe. Everyone was so very caring from front desk to medical assistant to nurse to doctor. They gave us Tylenol while waiting to control the pain in the throat and the fever. They then figured out it was strep throat and found us a dose of amoxicillin before leaving so we didn’t have to run to the pharmacy late at night and we could get my son home and relaxing with his first dose of medicine.
