We came to the office and was taken in right away. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly, the staff made my child feel very comfortable!

The facility was very clean. -Receptionist was polite, helpful and quick. -No wait time. - med tech made the decision to swab for Covid and flu without clinical consultation which was a red flag and concerning. No symptoms except cough -clinician was thorough, explained everything and was kind and considerate towards my child
