The provider we saw was so great! He made my son and I feel at ease ( using humor) and answered all of our questions. He was kind and courteous and excellent bedside manner. We were very happy with our experience. All of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well!

Urgent care center in great and providers are friendly and helpful and for this we will return. I appreciate that you can make an appointment, but we were not taken in for our appointment until more than 30 minutes after our appointment time. Wish there was more communication about them running late or the ability to check in from the car. One of the things I love about this place is the ability to wait in the car, please keep this.
