Very attentive front desk staff to the needs that my daughter was presenting while she was in the waiting room. I also liked that I could book the urgent care appointment in advance. The doctor was great with my daughter and the nurse was great as well. I also liked that. They let my daughter pick out a sticker when we were done. I like that the waiting room has a TV show playing that has low stimulation and I like that the examination rooms have different themes as well as a TV with low stimulation TV shows playing.

The doctor my daughter saw was wonderful! She was very nice and clearly explained what she was doing and put my daughter at ease. The visit went smoothly and at home instructions were provided. I highly recommend PM Pediatrics Urgent care.
