We typically visit this urgent care due to its convenience, especially since my daughter has been frequently catching colds lately. However, my perspective changed last Saturday night. Despite making an appointment, we still had to wait over an hour to even be callled into a room. Our pediatrician recommended this place bc you could do a chest Xray. The dr determined this wasn’t needed and insisted my son had the flu. He wasn’t going to do a rapid flu test only the send away one until I insisted. The nurse was incredibly rude when she came in to do it. When my son said “thank you”, she didn’t even look at him and said “mm-hmm” and walked out. I felt rushed and unheard. That is very concerning to me especially after waiting 3 hours for my child to be seen.

Horrible job on my daughter. She had a perfectly clean cut over her eye which the dr decided to glue rather than listen to the more capable nurse who suggested stitches. And he glued the wound open rather than shut for a massive scar. Totally incompetent. Do not use this place!
It felt very rushed and my toddler who already felt uncomfortable around doctors felt even more uncomfortable. The first person who got all of our information just seemed like she wanted to be out of the room as quickly as possible. I thought maybe they were busy, but that’s not the case considering I could hear a group of ladies chatting from our room. I took my daughter to urgent care because she was experiencing a severe cough that kept her up throughout the night and impacted her functioning during the day. OTC Medications were ineffective. The Visit was extremely brief and a bit rushed. The Dr. Said there was nothing we could do for the cough. It was unhelpful.
Lovely staff and providers were great with the baby but they hadn’t caught an ear infection and we had to return the next day with a ruptured ear drum. Was still billed for the second visit
I understand the care for my toddler was good, but for my oldest, who was 21, I'm far from grateful. My son was turned away on the day of his appointment in Dedham. He was sent there because his enzyme levels were high, indicating a possible heart attack or stroke, but he never made it past the door. They said they couldn't help him. Sadly, my 21-year-old son was buried on 2/16/2024, and no one ever called to ask about his care or my opinion.
