We were the second family in the building and others were taken before us. We were asked to check in using the QR code which we’ve done before, but it would only allow me to proceed to a point. Because of this I had to go to the desk to check in with the receptionist and figured we would be taken back 2nd still or even third…4 other families were asked back to be seen before us which agitated an already challenging situation with my sick child. Our doctor was really wonderful and took care of our baby right away. The waiting experience was not great. We made an appointment for 5:30, and we weren't seen until after 6:30. We were told by an intake nurse, Ashley, that it is apparently acuity based. When we asked why we make appointments then, she very rudely told us that she would " explain it to us later" and then slammed the door.
