It was almost 10pm and we were desperate to get help for our one year old who was vomiting everything up. PM pediatrics saved the day, even though it was close to closing time, they got us in to see the doctor quickly, they gave us medication that immediately solved the issue, and we were back home within 45 minutes. We will be back whenever we have after hours medical needs, and we will be recommending to our friends with kids.

The woman at the front desk was rude and not polite. Customer service should be pleasant especially since I’m coming in concerning my child I don’t want to be greeted but a rude and impatient manner or attitude. It’s the front desk persons job to at least offer a smile and a warm greeting. I understand maybe she was having a bad day or not feeling well but it’s her job to greet people with warmth especially people who have nothing to do with what she might have been going through. Never go to to pm pediatric again, we were misdiagnosed two times the worse service ever refused to do a blood test said if you have own pediatric we do not do it , only money they care about!!??
