Pathetic service. They don't care about the people coming in the pain. I am here from last 1.5 hour. My child is hungry and crying in pain. The lady at the front desk is so rude. This medical service urgent care is trash. Never gonna come again here.

Hire a new front desk lady. She is not professional at all. She is a racist and she lied!

2 hour wait…. Horrible experience

I came because this was the only option available at 9:30 PM, and I am so appreciative to my friend for sharing that this option exists. Incredibly pleasant, quick, and professional experience with knowledgeable provider. The only down side of the visit was the violent video that was playing in the waiting room (but perhaps if I requested to have it changed they may have complied). P.S. My son still talks about the chips he was offered when it was his turn to be seen :)
Great doctor. Diagnosed my son. Doing great because of good doctors.
Diagnosed my child problem and prescribed medication.
This was the worst experience of my life. Lady at check in refused to register my son to be seen. She insisted that I complete the registration online however my phone battery was about to die. She lies and stated that she could not manually register us to be seen. I ask for a supervisor and she yelled at me in front of my child and the other children and insisted my son issue was not an emergency. They need training asap.
