The woman at the front desk was rude and not polite. Customer service should be pleasant especially since I’m coming in concerning my child I don’t want to be greeted but a rude and impatient manner or attitude. It’s the front desk persons job to at least offer a smile and a warm greeting. I understand maybe she was having a bad day or not feeling well but it’s her job to greet people with warmth especially people who have nothing to do with what she might have been going through. Never go to to pm pediatric again, we were misdiagnosed two times the worse service ever refused to do a blood test said if you have own pediatric we do not do it , only money they care about!!??

Pathetic service. They don't care about the people coming in the pain. I am here from last 1.5 hour. My child is hungry and crying in pain. The lady at the front desk is so rude. This medical service urgent care is trash. Never gonna come again here.

Hire a new front desk lady. She is not professional at all. She is a racist and she lied!

I came because this was the only option available at 9:30 PM, and I am so appreciative to my friend for sharing that this option exists. Incredibly pleasant, quick, and professional experience with knowledgeable provider. The only down side of the visit was the violent video that was playing in the waiting room (but perhaps if I requested to have it changed they may have complied). P.S. My son still talks about the chips he was offered when it was his turn to be seen :)
