My son fell flat on his back trying to do a wheely on his bike. He had some bruises and described chest pains like it was pressure on his chest when he took deep breaths. I decided to take him in and arrived as a walk-in around 11:20 pm. They close at midnight. We were told that they stopped accepting walk-ins. It was not reflected in the website, I checked. Now we're heading to the ER instead...I don't want to send him to bed knowing he's having chest pains after falling off his bike.

Highly disappointed in the approach of the staff tonight. This is my go to urgent care for my son, however I had the worst experience taking my daughter here. As a service provider for children consistency in care is primary. I waited 2 1/2 hours while others were seen ahead of us, mind you they had no appointments and when we notified the staff they all had attitudes as if it was whatever. Very upsetting.
