I felt like our visit today was very rushed, I couldn’t remember all the questions I wanted to ask because I felt like they wouldn’t have been properly answered. Won’t be returning.

What does this mean "Business response: Hi, we regret that your experience didn’t reflect the level of care we strive to provide. I am actually going to send/fax report to you so you can show to that lady doctor of yours. I wish she goes through the same, and then understands what her carelessness means. And no i will not take this review off. I am goibg file a complain to ombudsman about this too.
