Highly disappointed in the approach of the staff tonight. This is my go to urgent care for my son, however I had the worst experience taking my daughter here. As a service provider for children consistency in care is primary. I waited 2 1/2 hours while others were seen ahead of us, mind you they had no appointments and when we notified the staff they all had attitudes as if it was whatever. Very upsetting.

Front desk was great However only one provider on duty at 7pm despite a flu outbreak Provider very rude Didn't check ears despite a new onset fever after 5 days of resp infection which had been clearing and now worsening Refused antibiotics despite letter from immunologist 8 other patients waiting to be seen twenty minutes before closing
