Front desk was great However only one provider on duty at 7pm despite a flu outbreak Provider very rude Didn't check ears despite a new onset fever after 5 days of resp infection which had been clearing and now worsening Refused antibiotics despite letter from immunologist 8 other patients waiting to be seen twenty minutes before closing

I am actually going to send/fax report to you so you can show to that lady doctor of yours. I wish she goes through the same, and then understands what her carelessness means. And no i will not take this review off. I am goibg file a complain to ombudsman about this too.
I went to herndon facility today, and i specifically asked super SMART (pun intended) doctor to check for pneumonia. Appt was at 4.00 (for you to look who came in). Doctor was not ready to do test, and she said she knows better what to do. Now, i m sitting in ER loudoun (childrens) and has pneumonia. That doctor of yours ego got so hurt when i asked her to do tests. She said it she diagnoses properly and does not see a need to do any tests. Get that doctor a life and out of your facility.
