About this business

PM Pediatric Care came to life in 2005, when Dr. Jeffrey Schor and Steven Katz — college roommates who went on to pursue careers in medicine and business — wanted to create an alternative to the emergency department and a friendly environment designed exclusively for children and young adults. Since then, PM Pediatric Care has expanded across the country with the mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service. To date, we have seen over 4 million patients, treating everything from asthma attacks to sports injurie... read more

I always go there to make appointment after late hour. Download solv app. It's easy to make appointments. Check in yourself and wait in your car. Staff will call you when you are ready. Staff are nice and helpful. Dr. Is great. They know me by face. Lol

This is a review in relation to their billing department for a recent visit. I called to remove a credit card on file that PM pediatrics had on file fraudulently. I paid a copay before the recent visit and they kept my criedt card on file. PMs billing wouldn't let me remove the credit card on file and receive a bill at home. Keep in mind I have no other outstanding balance and have been to this place many times. Be careful when giving credit card info as they charge your card without prior authorization.

The doctors have no idea what they are talking about at this place. I took my nephew here because he had a fever of 104 and it was not going down even with medicine. The doctors said just to keep giving him the medicine my nephew has been taking and he should fine. They just took my word for him having a high fever without doing any tests to see if what I said was accurate or not. I asked them why the fever won't go down and said to come back in four days if he does not get any better. How does doctor know what is wrong wit... read more

Super unprofessional and uneducated. I came in asking for a proper diagnosis and left super confused of which illness I had. The nurse working night shifts is very nasty as if she hates her job then she needs to leave. The trip here isn’t worth it, you’ll leave not knowing what’s wrong with you. The pediatrician will say “ you may have” but seems super unclear that she doesn’t even know what she’s talking about you’ll be more confused as is. They took me in quickly but rushed me out. The doctor seems just as lost and pulls ... read more

I took my son here last night, after he was in excruciating pain and crying. He was sick all day and I had to take him right after school because he was getting worst. I made an appt for 6:20pm to give myself enough time to get there. I got there early at 5:50pm and told the front desk that I rushed to get there because my son is in a lot of pain and crying. Apparently that wasn’t an urgent situation that could expedite his care, which is what i was told. Then had the nerve to ask me if he didn’t have any medicine, obviously... read more
