I have mixed feelings about our recent visit. On one hand, once we were actually brought inside, the service was fast and excellent. Dr. Priya was incredibly helpful, professional, and provided great care. However, the appointment scheduling system is highly misleading. We booked a 9:15 AM slot and arrived early at 9:08 AM, yet we sat in the lobby for over an hour and weren't seen until 10:30 AM. Honestly, I did not like my experience at this location. It was my first time visiting here, although I have been to P.M. Pediatrics in other locations before. The doctor was nice, but I did not like the way he treated my daughter. At the end, he did not give me the chance to ask questions, and when I tried, I felt he was annoyed. He left the room without even telling us that the visit was over, so we just assumed we could leave. That is why I did not like this visit.

Made an appointment online. Arrived 10 minutes early and marked we had arrived as we parked, as we were instructed to do via the website, which literally said to click “I’ve arrived” when in the parking lot. We took our child out of the car and walked in and gave the receptionist our child’s name and appointment time and were immediately chastised for marking ourselves as arrived before stepping inside, despite that being the instructions we were given online. The doctor we saw was really really ill informed!!! She needs to repeat medical school if something as silly as an ear infection has her sending parents in a loop of fear about hand foot mouth disease!
