The registration was easy place very clean and nice. As soon as you arrived the front desk gives aptitude. Then you go to the doctor and the nurse only weights the baby, vitals and ask some questions doctor came check ears said infection i ask more questions didn't address it. Came out of the room. I understand they are used to it to have kids crying but they need empathy. I came out to see if i cana leave and instead or give documents as fast as they can they were gossiping. I think is new staff because this never happened... read more

Great but the medication was sent to wrong pharmacy despite requesting a specific 24 hr pharmacy and providing address. As a result caused an hour delay in getting meds with a sick child that had 103.5 fever.

I took my 4-year-old daughter to this urgent care for rashes on her hands and feet. Without any testing, the doctor quickly diagnosed her with coxsackievirus based only on my older child’s past symptoms, even though my older child had a different condition. At first, she refused to prescribe anything for the itching, only agreeing after I insisted. While the medical assistant was kind, the nurse act like she don’t want to touch my child . Spent 100 dollars copayment on my two kids and didn’t even get an x ray for neumonia concerns. Felt waste my time and money .
