The nurse and doctor were great, no complaints there. But the front end... bad. Receptionist needs work on hospitality. When I walked in, there was no one behind the desk for over 20 mins. And when she finally appeared, nothing but attitude.

The service from the front desk was just callous. I understand we might sometimes have long days and working in such environments can desensitize a lot of individuals. The “why” of your job should never be that far gone that one forgets to treat people who are seeking care of their little ones with respect. I have visited before and never experienced this so I was taken aback with the level of insensitive treatment from the front desk. The doctor was okay.

I’m actually Joseph’s grandmother. My daughter Jennifer made the appointment for 10:00. We were already signed in and saw the doctor within 15 minutes. Very efficient and friendly. Great service .
