I liked the interior design of the castle like theme. The staff was super friendly. Made me feel comfortable to trust somebody other then my child’s primary care in case of emergencies. Only flaw is that they didn’t test my baby for anything, don’t know if that’s just policy but besides that everything was good.

Check-in is always quick and easy. The ladies at the front desk are consistently kind, respectful, and welcoming. The nurse assistant was wonderful, as always—very attentive and caring. As for the doctor, I felt that her approach with children could use more patience and understanding. Regardless of a child’s age, it’s important to remain calm and empathetic.
