We made an appointment and the appointment time was honored. We didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. I’m not sure if all urgent cares does this, but if a rapid test is negative they still send the samples to lab for verification. Because of this method, my son was diagnosed correctly. Albeit it was three days later, I didn’t send him to school with a communicable illness.

Great registration and wait time. For the most part, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I didn’t like how the doctor made me feel like I had no authority to make a decision on my child’s treatment as if I were a child. She did this with verbal and non-verbal communication. Almost like a reprimand. There was nothing wrong with the treatment options even though they did not have it. She would need to communicate respectfully and treat me as an adult who is obviously capable to manage her own child’s treatment. I nev... read more

Never disappointed the past 3 times I have been to PM pediatrics. Wait time is short and always great qualify care. Both doctors we have encountered were very thorough and caring. They are really good with anxious children due to being in a healthcare setting.
