Check-in is always quick and easy. The ladies at the front desk are consistently kind, respectful, and welcoming. The nurse assistant was wonderful, as always—very attentive and caring. As for the doctor, I felt that her approach with children could use more patience and understanding. Regardless of a child’s age, it’s important to remain calm and empathetic. We were afraid that the wrist of our son was broken and needed an X-ray to find out. We were able to make an appointment on the same day. We waited perhaps for 15 minutes, and they took excellent care of us. Thank you, Dr. Tangredi and other staff!!! Great alternative to the ER.
