The clinical care at this pediatric urgent care was excellent. Both the nurse and physician were attentive and professional. The physician, in particular, stood out for taking the time to perform a thorough examination, ask thoughtful clarifying questions, and clearly explain the situation. The physician also made sure we had plenty of time to ask follow-up questions, which we really appreciated as parents. That said, there were a couple of operational issues that could be improved. The entire staff was comforting, and very supportive during the whole visit. NP, Fulton had wonderful communication with both my child, and I. She made our experience a very positive one considering the circumstances of my daughter’s injury.

Everyone was very welcoming. We were taken back and seen quickly by the provider. My son went in with red eye that was painful, I was thinking he has pink eye but the provider sat down and listened to his story. She discovered he has a scratch on his corner. I’m so grateful. Over all an easy visit.
