I Love bringing my grandson to the PM Pediatrics in Laurel, Md it’s ALWAYS spotless clean, the staff is VERY friendly and kind and my grandson loves it there he’s ALWAYS happy when he leaves. The doctors are AMAZING AND AWESOME I can feel that they TRULY CARE🥰!! Thank you🤗🤗

The entire staff is amazing, gracious, & empathetic. I came here Because to give my son peace of mind ( he has a stomach bug which has to just ride its course, but since I’m not a doctor he doesn’t believe me lol) I was unaware that appointments had taken all the time left but she squeezed me in. I cannot complain about the wait time- especially with what appeared to them being extremely short staffed. A Karen came in later demanding, hootin, & hollering not caring at all. The front desk staff was unhelpful. Her attitude wasn’t supportive but rather dismissive when basic questions were asked. The clinic was very clean, the service was on time. The medical assistant was nice and the NP was nice. I would have love for the NP to provide better care but I guess with urgent care the goal was to get us out as soon as possible.
